You may contact Teguh Digital through the website enquiry form. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a requested service or product, and maintain appropriate business records.
Website operation
This static website does not intentionally collect document contents, cryptographic keys or Vector5 workspace data. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and requested pages for security, availability and diagnostic purposes.
Contact form behaviour
The enquiry form transmits the information you choose to provide for delivery to Teguh Digital. A form-delivery service may process the submission solely to route the enquiry. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential source documents or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form.
External services
Links may lead to external websites or services with their own privacy practices. Teguh Digital is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.
Retention and disclosure
Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably required for the enquiry, engagement, legal obligations, dispute management and legitimate business records. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably required and permitted.
Your choices
You may ask about information you previously supplied, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted where retention is not otherwise required. Use the contact form.
Product-specific notices
Vector5 products and hosted services may require separate product privacy notices describing local processing, service telemetry, retention, validation records and administrator responsibilities. Those notices should be reviewed before production use.
Private performance measurement, with consent.
Teguh Digital may use consent-based website analytics to understand aggregate page views, traffic sources, device categories and engagement with product, partner, investor and resource links. Analytics is not intended to expose visitor statistics publicly. The analytics dashboard is accessible only to authorised Teguh Digital account holders.
Optional analytics is loaded only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies. Teguh Digital does not use the website analytics configuration for advertising personalisation.
